4/11/03  Live band of the year, Robin 2
Having got through the November monthly final of the live band of the year competition at the Robin 2 in Bilston, IMO are calling for supporters to attend what will likely be an excellent gig on 10th November at the Robin. Transport will be provided from The Earls free.

9/9/03  New song in the bank...
Having had their first rehearsal since June, IMO have written a new riff based song called Jealousy. Obviously, it's about jealousy.

29/6/03  Rock The Castle 2003...
Fellow school band Dakota won the trophy this year, that's three in a row for Earls High School!

We rocked the place as usual if I may say so, infront of a very large crowd of people who didn't understand the fact that there are two competitions taking place throughout the day on the same stages.

The absence of RTCFM and severely inadequate PA and guitar amplification meant the event sounded poor to be honest. Sound engineers didn't help either. I also didn't like that there were so many bands on. Dudley Music Services are very stingy trying to make a profit out of the day it seems.

13/6/03  New look website...
Jack has designed a new layout for the site after the other one got criticised by a hardcore web designer. We hope you find it better to use than the last design, plus it's more appealing to the eye with that cool banner. Any suggestions or comments then hit the forums! You do not have to be a member of the forums to post a message by the way.

14/3/03  Debut EP Recorded...
I*M*O have been in the studio and thanks to Mr Hastings and the wonderful Mr Simon Bishop (sound artiste) have recorded a 4 track EP which will be released within the a week or so. The quality of the recordings is astounding. The Tracks are as follows:

1. Pain Inside
2. Cranberry Bliss
3. Met Her On The Net
4. Stuck

5/3/03  New MP3, confirmed Studio time...
Having got hold of the mini-disk, Infinity Minus One have posted a full MP3 track of their song Stuck. Recorded live at a reasonable quality it will give you some idea of what the band are like. Thanks to Mr Hastings the band have a free day recording (10 hours plus mix down and master) at Rich Bitch Studios on Friday 14th March. Hurrah!

20/2/03  New song in the bank...
Having had an extremely productive rehearsal at Rich Bitch during the half-term holidays, I*M*O have written a new song. It's called What's it done for you (red white and blue). As the title suggests, it's an anti-American/British song with a heaviness that rivals Stuck. The song will be debuted at the Rock Café gig on Sunday 9th March.

19/2/03  I*M*O in the studio...
Infinity Minus One are gearing up for their time in the studio, which will be paid for by Dudley Performing Arts. This will now count as their prize for winning Rock The Castle 2002 as MAS Records cannot sign them due to a couple in the band being under 16 (shame). However, the band are confident that the CD will be a success and are now in the process of writing and improving current material for the CD. It will be recorded at Rich Bitch Studioplex in Birmingham, probably under the kind supervision of Mr Simon Hastings (music teacher).
